**PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR**
Summary: The Project Administrator assists & supports the Project Management team in performing administrative functions such as assisting in transmitting of documents to/from client, Subcontractors, suppliers/etc, general Document Controls, monthly billings, assisting in subcontractor & supplier billings/invoices, assisting in job-site employee on-boarding & off-boarding, and other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager.
**What we offer**:
- $32.50 to $36.50 per hour based on experience (8:00am to 4:30pm daily, Monday to Friday)

**General Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Processes and tracks Submittals to owner, contact subs for items to be submitted
- Processes and tracks formal correspondence with Clients and Subcontractors
- Assist with job-site compliance tracking
- Create Purchase Orders
- Process and Code all invoices for payment
- Request for information, follow up with owner response to sub requesting information
- Assist PM to cost out all Extra Work Orders
- Review documents for accuracy
- Complete new hire paperwork
- Track training hours monthly and report to the owner for payment
- Track all materials purchases and services for the project
- Order supplies for job office and project
- Order materials
**Requirements**:
- Two years of related experience
- Knowledge or project management, flowcharts, technical documentation, etc.
- Strong leadership skills
- Team player
- Deadline-driven
- Organized and focused
**Location**: The Elk Gold Project is located approximately 57 km from Merritt, BC. and controlled by Gold Mountain Mining Corp., a BC based exploration and development company.
This is not a camp position, employees provide their own transportation to/from the job site.
