**_POSITION TITLE _**:

- Project Manager - National Rollouts_

**_ POSITION OVERVIEW_**:

- The Project Manager - National Rollouts is responsible _for the successful and profitable management of national connectivity projects Projects may include installs or repairs of telecommunications, security and data infrastructure on customer properties. He or she coordinates all interactions with customersr. Including but not limited to planning, scheduling, change management, communication, client relationships, project costs, estimating, subcontracts, and closing using project management tools. _

**_RESPONSIBILITIES_**
- _Participate in implementing a culture of health and safety _
- _Primary point of contact for the contract management with the customers, including change in scope/contract deviations_
- _Establish, track & communicate end to end program targets through a detailed Plan _
- _Primary point of contact with clients in respect to detailed review of project status and roadblocks_
- _Proactively identify and make visible program delivery problems, seek out support and implement countermeasures. _
- _Optimize end to end operations to deliver program cost reduction _
- _Ensure end to end accountability for financial results of the project by holding accountable each stakeholderthrough partnership to meet their targets and find root causes for any deviation. _
- _Develop and report meaningful KPI’s for the project results encompassing time, quality and financial results_
- _Chair and lead progress meetings that identify project results to stakeholders _
- _Ensures projects are planned and organized according to Telecon’s commitments and budget estimates;_
- _Plans and organizes workloads in conjunction with the teamof Technicians and sub-contractors according to project plans and specifications._
- _Directs and leads the Team towards Telecon’s goals and objectives;_
- _Ensures compliance and implements company procedure with regards to health & safety and quality; drives a health and safety culture, leads by being an inspiring role model and setting examples to the team; _
- _Ensures financial KPI’s are followed and met. Proposes alternative solutions and actions when required;_
- _Resolves operational issues;_
- _Manages sub-contractors;_
- _Optimizes project productivities with regard to resources and equipment;_
- _Manages resources to meet established annual budget and measure regional financial performance on a monthly basis;_
- _Participate in estimate preparation as required;_
- _Lead, communicate and live the company’s vision and culture;_

**_Education_**
- _Minimum High School Graduation Diploma with job related experience_

**_Experience_**
- _Project Coordinator or Management experience, preferably on national and/or connectivity projectswould be an asset_
- _Experience with project tracking, purchase order and invoicing_

**_Knowledge_**
- _Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook _
- _Must be fluent in English. French fluency an asset_

**_Skills_**
- _Proven time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet objectives_
- _Effective oral and written communication skills_
- _Ability to work and focus on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with an upbeat attitude_
- _Dynamic, good communication skills and able to maintain excellent relations with peers, customers and internal resources _
- _Organized, self-disciplined, reliable, and capable of evaluating the workload and obtaining cooperation from other departments_
- _Ability to work independently without constant supervision_
- _Resourceful, adaptable, high integrity, self-starter_
