**Overview**:
**Maze Supervisors for Halloween Haunt will manage all monsters and maze attendants assigned to their location. The maze supervisor will also work closely with the maze technician provided by Technical Services to ensure safe operation of the maze while addressing any technical lighting, sound or safety issues.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the training and supervision of all staff to ensure proper adherence to all current park and departmental policies and procedures and to all current Occupational Health and Safety Act regulations
- Work with the staff and other Entertainment Supervisors to ensure the artistic intent of our mazes are maintained as set by Entertainment Management
- Implement new ideas and procedures for the smooth operation of their assigned maze
- Coordinate with the Costume Creative and Department Managers the maintenance and refurbishing of all maze costumes and organize staff members in preparation for their costume fittings
- Appraise the performance of all employees in his/her program and initiate recommendations for promotions, and provide corrective action in accordance with company policies and procedures in conjunction with fellow supervisors
- Responsible for all assigned assets and resources and the maintenance of same as required including the daily upkeep and cleaning of assigned facilities
- Communicate daily with Department Manager and peers, to ensure work continuity within the operations of the Entertainment Department
- Attend and participate in nightly production meetings and produce reports as assigned
- Assist with other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Administrative duties and computer literacy is important with experience in using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Previous Park experience is an asset
- Able to work nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
- Able to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions
