**Job Title**: Seasonal Tire and Lube Technician

As a Seasonal Tire and Lube Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire installations, oil changes, and other basic automotive services during our busy seasonal period. Your work will be essential in helping our customers maintain their vehicles in optimal condition, contributing to a safe driving experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs.
- Conduct oil changes, fluid checks, and top-offs.
- Inspect and replace air filters, wiper blades, and other minor components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the service bay and tools.
- Assist with vehicle inspections and identify potential issues.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and explaining services performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with the maintenance of service equipment and report any issues to the Service Manager.
- Support other team members and departments as needed during peak periods.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a tire and lube technician or in a similar automotive role is preferred.
- Basic understanding of automotive services and maintenance procedures.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
