As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering a high level of service to our customers during our busy seasonal period. You will be responsible for assisting customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring their needs are met, and providing support in various departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and locating items.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Restock shelves and assist with merchandising as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to enhance the customer’s shopping experience.
- Support other departments during peak times, as required.
- Various cleaning and maintenance tasks around the store.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and a passion for customer service.
- Basic computer skills are an asset.
