Strength and Conditioning Coach Duties:

- Designs, implements & monitors programs for adult clients and athlete programs
- Conducts coaching of private clients & groups, athlete programs and functional fitness programs for a variety of athletic and non-athletic clientele ranging from 8 to 65 years old
- Performs Functional Assessments and deliver training recommendations to potential new clients with aim of new client acquisition
- Network with clients and local sports teams/business leaders to promote TWIST brand and drive in new clients
- Keep up-to-date on latest trends and ongoing knowledge of fitness and sport conditioning industries

Qualifications:

- Dynamic, engaging personality with a desire to help people from all walks of life reach their goals.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Physical Education, Sports Administration, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Strength Coach or related position
- Experience playing professional, semi-professional, collegiate or high-level minor sports
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic, ambitious and friendly personality

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $27.50 per hour
