We are looking for an individual that will strive to deliver high quality and innovative projects. Someone that will enjoy working within a multi-disciplined team that is comprised of talented and dynamic professionals located across Canada.Job Summary: We are searching for an enthusiastic person who is creative and enjoys working within a strong talented inhouse multi-disciplinary Team that encompasses Architectural, urban planning and multiple engineering disciplines. This individual may be a licensed Architect or Engineer and/or be PMP accredited.This position has significant expected opportunities for advancement and professional growth within the AECOM organization. The position offers a chance to be at the forefront of exciting endeavours that strive for excellence in design and embraces sustainability. You will have an opportunity to collaborate and exchange ideas with global experts working on projects spanning multiple sectors with a focus on Public Safety or Logistics to start. The job incumbent will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and control of several projects from inception to completion, with the goal of producing functionally and financially viable projects that will be completed on time within authorized cost and to the required quality. Managing scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and change management while building strong client relationships is key.The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:Perform as a Project ManagerWrite and coordinate winning proposals, attract new clients and retain current clients as requiredAt a project level, provide clear guidance to designers and technical staff to meet client objectives Manage financial and cost control aspects of projectsMeet with clients to review project requirementsManage a project team to produce fully coordinated working drawings and project specificationsCollaborate with management on preparation of project proposalsCommunicate clearly, both verbally and in writing with project team and clientsPreparation of design and contract documents, document checking, conduct construction review and contract administration throughout the duration of a projectCommunicate with construction team to provide information and help resolve problemsResponsible for overseeing several active projects and be part of our marketing team in sourcing new workClient communication, internal project team communication, consultant coordination, design development, drawing review and contract administration

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or graduate of a college project management program.No less than four (4) years relevant work experienc
