**Job Title: Project Coordinator**

**Overview**

The primary purpose is of this engineering role is to ensure our customers obtain the best, most cost-effective solution to meet their needs in a timely manner. This position requires the individual to complete detail shop drawings for the manufacture of the product according to the contract drawings and specification while coordinating multiple projects and interacting with both internal and external customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Liaison with contractors, consulting engineers and municipalities to ensure our product meets their needs in a timely matter.
- Coordinate efforts between Sales, Operations and Shipping internally.
- Provide submittal drawings to consultants and customer for approval and complete shop drawings for production.
- Use PipePac software to analyze pipe classes on projects to avoid field problems.
- Act as a Project Manager for each take-off, following a project from initial quotation, through to production and final installation including jobsite visits if required.
- Manage multiple complex high value projects at various stages of completion.
- Have an expert understanding and be familiar with OPSS, MTO, CHDBC and municipal standards to initiate accurate site-specific take offs and to ensure product is manufactured accurately.

**Qualifications**
- Civil Engineering Diploma is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Proficient with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office. Additional training will be provided, as required.
- Ability to review construction drawings and specifications.
- Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Technical aptitude, analytical and problem solver.
