Richmond, Canada RS Sea Building Maintenance Ltd Full time

Responsibilities:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Follow blueprints or instructions to determine painting specifications
- Repair and replace damaged drywall or wood surfaces
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment

**Skills**:

- Experience in residential, commercial, or industrial painting
- Proficiency in drywall repair and installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and painting specifications
- Knowledge of carpentry skills for repairing or replacing damaged surfaces
- Strong time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Excellent customer service skills for interacting with clients
- Ability to build or restore structures as needed

**Salary**: $18.96-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
