Job Title: Painter

At Top Floor Deficiency Solutions Inc., we are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, cleaning, and sanding surfaces to be painted, repairing cracks and holes, mixing paint to desired color and texture, and applying paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing cracks and holes.
  • Mix paint to desired color and texture.
  • Apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials and finishes to interior and exterior surfaces.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in painting or a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:

As a Painter with Top Floor Deficiency Solutions Inc., you will work in various locations, including on the road. You will be required to work in a physically demanding environment, bending, crouching, and kneeling as needed. The work schedule will be 30 to 40 hours per week.
