Janitor

Responsible for cleaning all common areas inside and around residences or office buildings.
- Cleans floors and rooms; including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and cleaning glass and windows.
- Cleans restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning doors, and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals.
- Empty trash and replace liners for all garbage of the community
- Change filters; HVAC, cleaner, dryer, other types of equipment.
- Detail clean; cleaning equipment and any other equipment of all departments.
- Sets up, stocks, and maintains cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Monitors and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas.
- Transports dirty linens to correct area to be cleaned and restocks areas with clean linens.
- Installation of decors
- Set up common areas for group activity

Cleaner Qualifications / Skills:

- Experience in Community & Hospitality Cleaning preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Familiar with interacting with seniors

**Salary**: From $16.55 per hour
