Immigration Case Worker(Admin Assistant)

Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling meetings, answering phones, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and digital, ensuring that documents are easily accessible and securely stored.
- Handle office supplies, including ordering and inventory management.
- Greet clients and visitors, and assist with their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member.
- Schedule client appointments and manage the calendar for case workers and other staff members.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Ensure that all client-related documentation is correctly filed and updated.
- Assist case workers with administrative tasks, such as preparing documentation and managing case files.
- Help with tracking deadlines and follow-ups related to client cases.
- Social Media Content Creating and Managing account(preferred)

Pay: $16.75-$17.00 per hour
