Administrative Assistant/e-commerce Associate

1. Sorting and Arranging Jewelry: Your first task is to sort and arrange the jewelry items. This involves organizing them based on their type, such as necklaces, bracelets, earrings, etc. You'll need to pay attention to details and ensure each piece is placed in the correct category.

2. Describing Jewelry: Once the jewelry is sorted, you'll need to describe each item accurately. This may include noting the material used, gemstones present, size, weight, and any other relevant details. Descriptions should be concise yet informative to give potential customers a clear idea of the jewelry's characteristics.

3. Taking Photos: After describing the jewelry, you'll be responsible for taking high-quality photographs of each item. Good lighting, clear focus, and accurate representation of the jewelry's appearance are crucial. Photographs should showcase the jewelry from different angles to provide potential buyers with a comprehensive view.

4. Listing Catalogue on Excel: Once the jewelry is sorted, described, and photographed, you'll enter the information into an Excel spreadsheet or a similar software tool. The catalogue should include the item's description, corresponding photos, and any other relevant information such as price, SKU, or availability. This spreadsheet will serve as a reference for the company's inventory and sales management.

**Requirements**:
Previous admin experience is essential but we are looking for someone who has e-commerce experience and is technically minded.

This is a good opportunity for someone with Admin Assistance experience who is looking to increase their e-commerce skills.

All of the company's inventory is to be made available online for auction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.50 per hour
