TFS MFG Inc. is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven B2B Sales Associate with a strong emphasis on business development to join our forward-thinking team.
**Position: B2B Sales Associate with Business Development Focus**
**Responsibilities**:
- **B2B Client Engagement**: Develop and nurture relationships with B2B clients, understanding their unique requirements and aligning them with our cutting-edge sheet metal capabilities.
- **Strategic Business Development**: Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities, industries, and collaborative partnerships. Innovate strategies to broaden our B2B client base and elevate revenue streams.
- **Customized Sales Strategies**: Create and deliver tailored sales presentations for B2B clients, showcasing the value proposition of our sheet metal solutions. Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless project execution.
- **Market Insight & Adaptation**: Stay informed about evolving B2B industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize this knowledge to refine and adapt B2B sales and marketing approaches.
- **Negotiation Mastery**: Prepare and present precise quotes to clients. Engage in negotiations with finesse, establishing mutually beneficial agreements and fostering long-term partnerships.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven success in B2B sales, ideally within the sheet metal or manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to exceed B2B sales targets and contribute to business development initiatives.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in the context of B2B relationships.
- Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes and products is a significant advantage.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently and thrive within a collaborative team environment.
**Benefits**:
