**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Unit Office Clerk** to join our dynamic team. This position is a **full-time role working 9am-5pm Monday to Friday**.** You will be offered a great team environment, work/life balance and the ability to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
You are a dynamic and reliable person; you have good communication and interpersonal skills. You are committed to quality assurance and the safety of our internal and external customers.

During your mandate, you will be asked to perform a variety of routine clerical tasks, activities such as photocopying, compiling files, filing, tabulating, posting information, and making appointments. You will be required to maintain records, complete forms, verify information and resolve routine challenges. You will be responsible for opening and routing incoming mail, answering the phone, relaying messages and running errands. May include human resources functions (including benefits administration, personnel action forms, and payroll processing) for the unit.

You will be mainly responsible for the day to day data entry and reconciliation of Cash, Account Payable, Billing for Catering, managing the inventory data base (price updates and adding new products) amongst other administrative duties.

You will be participating in training programs (classroom and virtual) as required. You will be requested to comply with all applicable state/local policies and procedures, company safety and risk management policies and procedures. Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedure, participate in regular safety meetings, safety training and risk assessments. You will be asked to report all accidents and injuries in a timely manner. May perform other duties and responsibilities as required.

To be eligible for this position you must have a high school diploma, GED or equivalent. 1-year experience is required.
