En tant que formateur(-trice), vous participerez au développement et assurerez la diffusion de la formation d’intégration et de la formation continue en assurance de dommages des entreprises.

Vous accompagnerez les membres de l’équipe dans leur apprentissage en communiquant toute l’information nécessaire afin de développer leur plein potentiel. Vous serez un joueur clé qui apportera conseils, solutions et soutien en créant un environnement accueillant et stimulant.

Vous vous réaliserez dans les fonctions suivantes:
- Collaborer à l’analyse des besoins de formation.- Participer au développement d’activités de formation.- Diffuser les activités de formation.- Évaluer l’acquisition des compétences.- Effectuer le suivi du transfert des apprentissages.- Fournir, au besoin, un soutien à la préparation et à l’administration des activités de formation.- Développer son expertise opérationnelle et pédagogique.

Vos talents et vos qualifications:
- Diplôme d’études collégiales en assurance de dommages ou l’équivalent.- Certificat d’agent en assurance de dommages des entreprises valide.- Minimum de trois années d’expérience à titre d’agent en assurance de dommages des entreprises.- Excellente connaissance des normes et procédures de souscription.- Bonne capacité d’analyse des risques de souscription.- Expérience en diffusion d’activités de formation est un atout.- Disponible pour des déplacements occasionnels de durée variable.
