- accesso_ Paradox, c’est une solution intégrée (MtnOS) pour la magnifique industrie du ski On se décrit comme un partenaire de montagne pour les stations. Partageant la passion commune des sports de glisse avec nos clients, nous nous efforçons de leur offrir une solution intégrée qui répond à leur besoin et qui, au final, permet aux skieurs/planchistes de vivre la meilleure expérience qui soit sur les montagnes.

**Ton rôle?**
- Le Spécialiste DevOps aura comme mission première de mettre en place les bonnes pratiques DevOps au sein de l’équipe. Ce que l’on cherche, c’est quelqu’un qui a assez de connaissance pour identifier les choix technologiques adaptés à notre contexte, mais qui veut également mettre en place les solutions qu’il propose.

On cherche donc une personne qui travaillera de pair avec l’équipe, pour optimiser le déploiement, le support, le développement et la maintenance de la solution MtnOS en plus d’assurer sa mise en opération.

**Who are we?**
- accesso_ Paradox is an integrated solution (MtnOS) for the wonderful ski industry We describe ourselves as a mountain partner for resorts. Sharing a common passion for snow sports with our clients, we aim to offer an integrated solution that meets their needs and eventually allows skiers/boarders to have the best experience in the mountains.

**Your role?**
- The DevOps Specialist's primary mission will be to implement DevOps best practices throughout the team. What we are looking for is someone who has sufficient knowledge to identify the technological and architectural choices adapted to our context, but who also wishes to implement the solutions he/she proposes.

We are therefore searching for a person who will work with the team in order to optimize the deployment, support, development and maintenance of the MtnOS solution in addition to ensuring its operation.
- Here is more detail on what we expect from a DevOps Specialist:
**Missions principales/Main tasks**:

- Assurer le soutien aux opérations grâce au _monitoring _(ELK), aux déploiements des _releases _et à l’intervention, lorsque nécessaire, sur l’infrastructure _cloud _ou celle de nos clients _on prem_
- Soutenir l’équipe de développement à travers la mise en place et le maintien d’un CI/CD et des environnements de tests
- Mettre en place l’infrastructure et l’architecture pour les nouveaux projets _cloud based_ (architecture data, architecture e-commerce)
- Gérer et voir à la mise en place d’un niveau de sécurité adéquat
- Support operations through monitoring, release deployments and intervention, when necessary, on the cloud infrastructure or that of our customers on-prem
- Support the development team through the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD and test environments
- Manage and ensure the implementation of an adequate security level
