Our team is trained to listen and spend ample time consulting with our clients to develop the appropriate treatment plan.

As TTMSPA’s Medical Aesthetician Assistant, you will be an integral part of the clinic by assisting our nurse injectors and medical aestheticians with their daily schedule. We are looking for someone who is organized, pro-active, attentive to details, and passionate about medical aesthetics. You should also be a team player, willing to help others, and open to learning. We also ask that you are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, and are able to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare injectable products and syringes for treatments.
- Assists Nurse Injector with treatment documentation (facial mapping, charting, etc.).
- Sterilize and prepare treatment rooms for different procedures (injection, facial, laser, etc.).
- Organizing daily client files, ensuring efficient client flow throughout the clinic.
- Taking detailed before and after pictures of clients.
- Assists with client scheduling responsibilities, including client outreach.
- Explains treatment procedures to clients, along with post-care instructions.
- Discover and present products and services to new and existing clients.
- Cleans and maintains other work areas, and stocks inventory.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelors Degree in related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Certified Phlebotomy Technician (CPT) preferred.
- Experience in a medical aesthetics environment preferred (at least one year).
- Basic knowledge of Botox, Fillers, PRP, and skincare preferred.
- Available to work during business hours, Tuesday to Saturday between 10am and 7pm

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
