As we continue to expand our presence, we are seeking a passionate and innovative Marketing Specialist to join our team and help elevate our brand.

**Position Overview**:
The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement through the development and execution of effective marketing strategies. This position requires a blend of creativity and analytical skills, with a focus on enhancing our presence both online and offline.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote Prairie Donair and its menu offerings.
- Manage social media channels, creating engaging content that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand voice.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends in the QSR industry.
- Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute promotional events, product launches, and community engagement initiatives.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and customer feedback to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Design and produce marketing materials, including digital ads, flyers, and in-store promotions.
- Foster relationships with local influencers and community partners to enhance brand visibility.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the QSR or food industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and social media management tools.
- Creative thinker with a passion for the food industry and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
