**The role of the Warp Knitting Technician**:

- ** Production Operation**:Operate knitting machines to produce various styles during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- ** Troubleshooting**:Monitor machine performance and quickly troubleshoot any issues that arise during production, ensuring smooth operations.
- ** Quality Control**:Maintain high quality of knitting to meet company standards while minimizing waste.
- ** Beam Management**:Load new beams onto the machine and properly thread them upon arrival, ensuring readiness for production.
- ** Material Processing**:Offload finished knit materials and process them for the next steps in production.
- ** Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate files documenting total styles produced during the shift, including waste percentages and any damaged goods.
- ** Machine Maintenance**:Conduct regular maintenance checks on machines, ensuring all parts are in optimal condition for production.
- ** Lubrication**:Perform necessary oiling of machines to maintain operational efficiency.

**What we need from you**:

- Expertise in beam-loading is essential, with the ability to perform tasks independently and efficiently.
- A strong background in the têxtile industry is required, along with a proactive approach to refining loading, threading, and operating processes for our advanced warp knitting machines.
- Maintain a composed and proactive approach in high-pressure situations
- Exhibit perseverance and a solution-focused mindset, overcoming challenges with unwavering determination.
