Stoll Knitting Technician

**Who are we?**
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all product innovation fabric and prototype development on Stoll machines
- Develops programs on M1 software following tech pack instructions
- Prepares size sets for all new styles
- Adjusts measurements on spec sheets and updates internal files after changes are made
- Creates data sheets / DR / and prepares all necessary documents to hand off styles to production with the assistance of DFM
- Assist in maintaining housekeeping throughout the Stoll knitting area
- Solves practical problems during têxtiles fabrication
- Responsible for threading of machine
- Responsible for development and production of all products designed for Stoll machines
- Is responsible for the overall Stoll machine performance and outstanding fabric quality
- Is responsible for the proper maintenance and performance of the Stoll machine
**What we need from you**:
- Must have experience preferably with Stoll knitting machines
- Knowledge of Stoll M1 software
- A Driven mindset for getting s**t done.
- Must be able to develop new styles and fabrics independently on the Stoll machines
- Must be able to analyze and take corrective measures of machine performance problems
- Must be able to analyze machine mechanical and electrical breakdowns
- Must have an overall working knowledge of the Stoll machine functions
- Must be able to make style/program changes
- Must be able to withstand high and low temperatures in the factory
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Stand on concrete floor for long periods of time
