Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Subject Matter Expert to lead transformational and automation projects within our Cyber Strategy and Transformation Team.

This role will be instrumental in driving the development and execution of advanced cyber-security initiatives that enhance the organization's security posture, streamline operations and support our strategic goals.

**Responsibilities**:
Spearhead key transformational cyber-security initiatives aimed at enhancing and maturing the organization's defense capabilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices and technologies into existing and new processes

Drive Automation Initiatives

Identify opportunities to automate security operations processes, reduce manual workloads and improve response times.

Design, Develop and implement automation frameworks that streamline threat detection, incident response and compliance monitoring

Technical Leadership

Provide expert guidance on the implementation of advanced cyber-security technologies and practices, ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practice.

Project Management

Oversee the end-to-end management of cyber-security transformation projects.

Ensure that all projects are delivered on time and within scope

Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and key stakeholders

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented security solutions, making data driven recommendations for ongoing improvement

Experience

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cyber-security with a focus on leading transformation and automation projects.

Proven experience in managing large-scale security initiatives, including strategic planning, project management and execution.

Skills

Strong technical expertise in areas such as security automation, SIEM, SOAR, Cloud Security.

Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
