Our trade brands are Madero, Penner, Security Building Supplies, Two Six Creative, West Four Distribution, West Four Manufacturing, and WSI Modular with facilities in Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg.

Our organization has an opportunity for a Rebuyer to join our Purchasing Team. This is a full-time permanent position that will help support our Security Building Materials divisions within the organization. This position reports to the Purchasing Manager.

**Position and Responsibilities**:

- You would be part of a team of rebuyers supporting daily PO requisitions pushed from the sales team.
- Manage the replenishment of stock for the stocking program, process special orders, manage confirmations with a focus on costing, dates, and accuracy.
- Manage system data integrity including code creation, costing, liquidation, phase out.
- Investigate issues or address concerns that are discovered in the process of ordering or inventory reviews.
- Process special orders, maintain confirmations and follow up on orders to support the sales team and the branches.
- Work with the Buyer/Purchasing Manager looking for opportunities to grow product lines, enhance programs, and find sales opportunities.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Experience in Building Materials, lumber, hardware.
- Experience in Lumber Yard, Contract Sales, and/or Building Material Retail is an asset.
- High level of skill with Excel and other standard desktop business software.
- Administrative experience.
- The ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Sense of accountability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self Learner, ability to seek answers.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
