Each of our 181 Optical clinics, conveniently located in our grocery stores, plays an important role in servicing our customers. **What you’ll do**:

- Provide outstanding customer service within a fun & dynamic environment
- Employee scheduling and labour management
- Maintain strong working relationships with Head Office
- Meet and exceed Optical sales targets
- Provide optical training to staff
- Take measurements, fit, adjust, repair & dispense eyeglasses, contact lenses and specialty eyewear, based on province
- Order and receive product
- Building and leading diverse teams that foster a workplace of inclusiveness and belonging

**What you bring**:

- Provincially licensed within the jurisdiction and a minimum of 1-year Optical experience
- Management experience is an asset
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Highly organized, diligent, with strong time management capabilities
- Enthusiastic and concise communication to meet & exceed customer expectations
- A love for fashion, eyewear, and the retail industry
