Acheson, Canada SMS Equipment Inc. Full time

This position offers a **hybrid **work environment.

The salary range for this role is **$75,000 - $90,000.**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- **Develop technical business processes**, end user documentation, and system processes. Analyze business issues and make recommendations to decrease incidents. Confer with end-users, clients, management or vendors /OEM to define business requirements.
- **Maintain new and existing business systems. **Provide 3rd level user support, participate in afterhours maintenance as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience working with SQL Server or relational databases including writing complex queries and creating stored procedures.
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems as required.
- Self motivated and able to perform duties with a high level of accuracy
- Good time management skills and ability to work to own initiative and priorities workload.
- Written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
- Experience supporting Web Services/ XML, XSD, SOAP/REST technologies preferred.
- Windows PowerShell scripting would be an asset.
