**Job purpose**

The scheduling coordinator is responsible for staffing Pedalheads Summer camps. Working as part of a dynamic team, you will analyze, plan, and schedule shifts. You will build accurate and efficient schedules based on camp demand. You function well in a fast-paced and structured environment while utilizing ADP scheduling software.At Pedalheads, we inspire kids to believe in themselves. This role will play an integral part in ensuring that we have the right people at camps to create a fun and inspiring environment.**Duties and responsibilities**Schedule staff each week, matching skills, and qualifications to the appropriate shifts-
- Post and communicate weekly staff schedules-
- Adjust and approve timecards-
- Create weekly summer camp lists to maximize efficiency-
- Pro-actively identify and address discrepancies with staff hours-
- Find replacement staff on a as need basis-
- Collaborate with Summer Camp Managers and Regional Teams-
- Receive and process scheduling requests**Competencies**Problem-solver - has the critical thinking skills to solve issues independently and collaboratively with a team-

This role requires working out of our Vancouver or Toronto office.-
Available to work on weekends-
- Criminal record check required-
- Must be able to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner-
- Some post-secondary education is an asset-
- Experience in scheduling, payroll, HR, or administrative support role is an asset-
- Pedalheads experience is an asset-
- Experience with ADP is an asset-
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel is an asset
