**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and listen to their needs.
- Provide customers with accurate estimates of repair costs and timeframes.
- Schedule appointments for service and repairs.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and document findings.
- Explain repair procedures to customers and answer any questions they may have.
- Advise customers on preventative maintenance and other services that may be needed.
- Maintain customer records and update as needed.

**Salary**: $18.00-$30.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Signing bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Westlock, AB T7P 2H7: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
