**Executive Assistant**

We operate across Manitoba, with our office located in Steinbach.

We are currently seeking an individual to fill a 12-month term position as a full-time Executive Assistant. This term will begin April 1st, 2024 with potential for permanent employment to follow.

**Qualifications;**
- Previous administration experience
- Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset
- Demonstrates proficiency in MS Office and Excel
- Motivated and confident, with excellent verbal and written communications
- Efficient computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office and QuickBooks preferred
- Ability to adapt to change and learn new software programs
- Work well in a team environment as well as individually
- Seeks opportunities for improvement, takes initiative, and handles responsibilities with mínimal supervision.

**ACTIVITIES - Criteria ***

**Expense Reports ***
- Record and reconcile credit card expenses
- Input into QuickBooks

**Random Stuff**

Examples: Order business cards, Christmas gifts, register vehicles and trailers, engagement surveys, customer surveys, upkeep miscellaneous office supplies and stocking kitchen

**Executive Assistant / Office Manager**
- Organize and Develop Office Operations, Policies & Procedures.
- Manage Hiring Web Page, and postings
- Purchase and coordinate all office equipment
- Website updates, google Business, swag, social events

**Document Editing**
- Various word editing, and writing; marketing, safety, business development documents, construction templates and contracts.

**Personal Assistant activities**
- Schedule and deliver Evans truck for maintenance/car wash, book personal appointments, enter health spending receipts.

**Executive Assistant responsibilities**
- Various EA and Project Administrative roles and responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Plan and organize meetings, conferences, and special events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take accurate minutes when required.
- Sign the team up for training and run training grants as required
- Assist with Project Schedule
- Create and Edit Project Schedules in MS Project
- Communicate with all stakeholders
