- Cook menu items to order, following recipe and presentation guidelines
- Maintain quality and consistency of all menu items
- Monitor food levels and communicate with front of house staff to ensure timely service
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and tools
- Participate in inventory management and ordering of supplies

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Knowledge of various cooking methods, techniques, and equipment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in measuring and mixing ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and front of house staff
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A culinary degree or other formal culinary training is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
