Job SummaryWe're seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team. As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure that every dish that leaves our kitchen meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to order, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
- Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure that dishes are prepared to the highest standard and that the kitchen runs smoothly.
- Maintain a high level of quality control, ensuring that all dishes meet our standards before they leave the kitchen.
- Participate in menu planning and development, suggesting new dishes and ideas to our culinary team.
- 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment.
