**WHAT YOU’LL DO**:
The Financial Analyst provides financial and accounting expertise and support to the organization and its decision-making processes and assumes key responsibilities for the analysis of financial issues.
**WHAT YOU’LL BRING**:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting/business program
- Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation, or actively pursuing designation.
- 3+ years of working experience in accounting/finance
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- Ability to balance multiple work demands to achieve deadlines and reporting requirements
- Ability to take initiative and act independently using good judgement as well as accept direction
- Demonstrated experience in variance analysis and account reconciliations
- Demonstrated proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience using Infor (Cloud Suite Financials) would be an asset
- Healthcare experience would be an asset
