**Description de l'emploi**:
L’agent, Ingénierie d’entretien, doit collaborer étroitement avec le service d’entretien (y compris avec le chef de l’entretien, le gestionnaire de l’entretien, les techniciens du STTP, le planificateur de l’entretien, le coordonnateur de l’entretien ainsi que l’ingénieur de fiabilité) à l’établissement afin de fournir une orientation et du soutien relativement aux procédés d’entretien efficaces. L’ingénieur et le planificateur de l’entretien collaborent afin de concevoir, de mettre en œuvre, d’exécuter et de surveiller des programmes d’entretien. Il surveille étroitement l’équipement de type convoyeur (systèmes de manutention des conteneurs multilignes reliés - LOCML à LOCML, trieuses de colis en vrac, trieuses de paquets en vrac et trieuses de conteneurs en vrac) jugé essentiel au traitement du courrier au moyen d’une analyse des tendances, d’observations et de la qualité du service offert aux fins des programmes d’entretien. L’agent, Ingénierie d’entretien, dirige des équipes (qui peuvent comprendre l’une ou toutes les personnes suivantes : le chef de l’entretien, le gestionnaire de l’entretien, des techniciens du STTP, le planificateur de l’entretien, le coordonnateur de l’entretien ou l’ingénieur de fiabilité) afin de trouver des solutions aux problèmes chroniques relatifs à l’équipement. Il mène aussi des campagnes et met en œuvre des tests contrôlés et des projets pilotes. L’agent, Ingénierie d’entretien, fournit du soutien aux planificateurs et aux ingénieurs de fiabilité en rassemblant des données et en cernant le temps alloué afin d’effectuer des tâches précises liées à des réparations anticipées ou quotidiennes en ce qui concerne tout l’équipement de traitement et de livraison du courrier. Il s’agit d’exigences qui sont soumises dans le cadre du plan d’entreprise annuel afin de déterminer le temps et les coûts associés aux programmes d’entretien. L’agent, Ingénierie d’entretien, contribue aux nouvelles installations et aux améliorations en examinant les exigences et les spécifications techniques liées à l’entretien de l’équipement et aux protocoles de sécurité.

**Responsabilités professionnelles**:
Voici les principales exigences et responsabilités liées au poste d’agent, Ingénierie d’entretien.
- Examiner les plans d’entretien et d’installation concernant le nouvel équipement ainsi que l’équipement amélioré ou modifié aux fins de validité et d’efficacité. Les plans peuvent nécessiter que des ajustements soient apportés aux tâches réalisées ou au temps alloué en fonction des variables qui ont des répercussions directes sur le rendement de l’équipement, c.à-d. on peut suggérer de remplacer des filtres toutes les 2 000 heures, mais ils doivent être remplacés en fonction de la fréquence à laquelle l’équipement est utilisé et de la quantité de poussière qui se trouve dans l’environnement où ils sont situés. L’agent, Ingénierie d’entretien, ou des techniciens peuvent accomplir cette tâche afin de valider des plans.
- a)Réviser, observer et examiner les tâches d’entretien que les techniciens ou les fournisseurs doivent effectuer de façon continue (c.à-d. que dans un établissement, il peut y avoir 20 tâches quotidiennes, 25 tâches hebdomadaires, 10 tâches mensuelles, 5 tâches trimestrielles et 10 tâches annuelles à effectuer). L’agent, Ingénierie d’entretien, cherche des façons d’optimiser le calendrier de ces tâches, examine les allocations de temps et détermine si des tâches précises peuvent être effectuées en même temps sur une pièce d’équipement sur laquelle plusieurs tâches doivent être effectuées la même journée. Des opérations d’entretien doivent être effectuées sur toutes les pièces d’équipement, qu’il s’agisse de chaises ou d’un LOCML. Ces examens contribuent à réduire les charges d’exploitation, à améliorer le rendement et à réduire les temps d’arrêt qui ont des répercussions sur le traitement et la livraison du courrier.
- b)Examine les protocoles de sécurité (procédures de verrouillage ou d’étiquetage) afin de s’assurer que le fournisseur a fourni, conformément au contrat, des procédures ordonnées adéquatement qui indiquent ce qui doit être effectué dans un ordre précis afin de garantir que les techniciens et les fournisseurs peuvent se servir de l’équipement pour travailler de façon sécuritaire.
