**Why do we need a web tech lead in a company like ours?**

The tech lead is the technical cornerstone of our web team. In collaboration with our CIO, he ensures that the company's web needs are translated into innovative, efficient and viable technical solutions. With his in-depth knowledge of best practices in web development and architecture, he plays a key role in the design, development and implementation of our centralized web platform.

**What are the main responsibilities of the position**:

- Actively participate in the design of our centralized web platform’s architecture in collaboration with our CIO;
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, sales, 3D and AI development) to translate their respective operational and commercial needs into efficient and innovative technical solutions;
- Provide technical leadership to the web development team and act as a coach to other developers in the team;
- Keep up to date with best practices and new technologies appearing in the market in order to optimize the systems in place and make them more efficient;
- Plan the roadmap and coordinate sprints and backlog using agile methods;
- Ensure the quality and validity of the code developed by ensuring that the team performs appropriate testing and code reviews;
- In collaboration with other team members, ensure that the cloud environment continues to meet the development and security standards applicable to our industry.

- 7 years of experience in web development including at least 2 years as a lead developer or tech lead;
- Strong understanding of back-end technologies and good knowledge of front-end technologies (namely Javascript / Typescript, Node.js, Next.js, Express);
But above all, we are looking for a person that is:

- Please note that this position will require the tech lead to regularly communicate in English with other members of the team located internationally. Fluency in English is therefore important for this position.
