**Responsibilities**
- work independently under the supervision of one senior partner
- able to incorporate, amalgamate, dissolve and revive companies
- able to assist in preparation of documents relating to estate freezes, share exchanges and rollovers
- review and maintenance of minute books - both physical and electronic versions
- ability to requisition searches and to complete share and asset sales and purchases with lawyer's assistance
- familiar with Ecore, PPSA and Microsoft office
- a working knowledge of Soluno bookkeeping system a plus

**Qualifications**
- a minimum of 5 year's experience as a certified corporate clerk
- exceptional attention to detail and the ability to exercise sound judgment
- ability to work both independently and collaboratively with others
- strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- able to work well with clients
- able to prioritize files when necessary

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
