**Role reports to: Quality Systems Manager**

**What you will do**

The Analyst 3, Quality Systems (Change Control) is responsible for oversight and management of the Change Control Program. Also the acting delegate for the Quality Systems Manager. This role ensures the local Change Control end users adhere to program requirements, and that associated metrics are in a state of control.

Key Responsibilities***
- Ensuring all Guelph site Change Controls meet company and regulatory requirements
- Work with Change Control end users to improve knowledge base and program understanding
- Engage in Change Control program strategy improvements by liaising with Regional contacts and teams
- Attend Regional Change Control Review Board and monitor local metrics, reporting out as necessary at the site level
- Conduct program improvements, within the bounds of company and regulatory requirements
- Support on time approvals of Change Controls to meet critical project and New Product Introduction timelines
- Support Regulatory, Corporate, and Internal audits
- Act as a delegate for the Quality Systems Manager, including back up for local document QA Approvals

Qualifications

**What we are looking for**

Required Qualifications
- A University degree in a Science or related field
- A minimum of 5 years working in a Drug or Food Manufacturing industry

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with owning or approving Change Controls is considered an asset
- Previous experience monitoring and reporting of metrics
- Experience within a Quality organization in fields related or similar to Drug and/or Food manufacturing
