**The Opportunity**: We’re looking for an experienced Journeyperson Red Seal Plumbing Technician to join our dedicated Service Team. If you have a passion for quality work, customer satisfaction, and a team-oriented spirit, this role is for you.

**What You’ll Tackle**:

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Diagnose issues accurately and recommend solutions for a range of equipment, including cooling towers, boilers, water heaters, pumps, and sump pumps.
- Perform preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing maintenance insights and timely service updates.

**What You Bring**:

- **Experience**: 5+ years as a Journeyperson Service Technician specializing in Commercial Plumbing.
- **Red Seal Qualified**: Plus a Class B Gas Ticket.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Current plumbing codes and hands-on expertise with mechanical systems.
- **Problem-Solver**: Sharp diagnostic skills and quick decision-making.
- **Driver’s License**: Valid and clean record.
- **Customer Skills**: Excellent communication and focus on customer satisfaction.

**Nice to Have**:

- BCWWA Cross Connection ticket (an asset but not required).
