**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair plumbing systems within residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
- Poses the ability to accurately diagnose issues and or make service recommendations within a variety of mechanical equipment, including cooling towers, boilers, tankless water heaters, pumps and sump pumps.
- Perform on-going preventative maintenance to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, record parts and materials used, and document customer interactions.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding system performance, maintenance recommendations, and service timelines.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years in the field as an active Journeyperson Service Technician
- Possess theoretical and practical knowledge of current plumbing codes.
- Install, repair and maintain mechanical systems, providing proper recommendations on equipment service intervals.
- Hold a valid Red Seal qualification & Class B Gas Ticket.
- Have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
- Own basic hand plumbing tools, Woola will supply and provide all company power tools

**Location**:
Servicing the lower mainland area with occasional travel to nearby areas as required.

Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
