**About the role**

We’re looking for an IT Business Analyst I to join our growing team

As a business analyst, you play a vital role of translator and facilitator between Business, IT and Quality Assurance. You will be part of a small squad with the sole purpose of creating and enhancing a digital product to the point where that product is the best product, not just in the insurance field, but the best product out there, period.

**What you'll do here**:

- Analyze business needs to define IT solutions.
- Lead / prepare / participate in business requirements specification workshops to specify IT solutions.
- Make impact analysis and effort estimates to advocate, get approval, then document the IT solution using effective methods and interacting with both business users and the IT project team.
- Support the development of solutions and monitor performance.
- Participate in test activities with business people, developers and Quality Assurance.
- Support Product Owners in handling their backlogs and prioritize work to be done.
- Write effective User Stories that can be used by Front End, Back End developers and Quality Assurance.
- Handle change management process via train the trainer documents and procedures.
- Build a solid, reusable and thorough system documentation to be used by any stakeholders.

**What you bring to the table**:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or any combination of equivalent education and experience
- No previous experience required
- Experience working on Mobile products (Android and iOS)
- Project experiences in Agile Scrum mode
- Experience and knowledge in the insurance field
- Mastery of JIRA & Confluence
- Knowledge of InVision, Abstract or Zeppelin
- Knowledge of Adobe Omniture
- Knowledge of Amplitude
