**Responsibilities**:

- Assist guests with reservation inquiries, modifications, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and adherence to resort policies.
- Provide detailed information about resort amenities, activities, dining options, and local attractions to enhance guest experience.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for effective resolutions and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other resort departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure a seamless experience throughout their stay.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Stay up-to-date with resort promotions, packages, and events to effectively upsell and cross-sell services to guests.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and protocols.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Previous customer service experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle challenging situations with composure.
- Familiarity with reservation and property management systems (PMS) is desirable.
- A positive attitude, approachability, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin.

**Salary**: Up to $20.00 per hour
