Concrete Supervisor.

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Supervisor to join our team. The Concrete Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation, finishing, sealing, and colouring of stamped concrete surfaces. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively. The Concrete Supervisor will also be required to possess a valid driver's license to oversee transportation logistics and ensure the smooth operation of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and supervise the installation of stamped concrete surfaces, including site preparation, formwork setup, concrete pouring, spreading, and leveling.
- Provide guidance and support to the concrete labourers and finishers, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to project schedules, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Ensure proper maintenance and operation of tools, equipment, and machinery used in the concrete construction process.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and clients to ensure that project requirements are met and deliverables are achieved on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to ensure compliance with quality standards, safety protocols, and industry regulations.
- Manage and coordinate transportation logistics, including the delivery of materials and equipment to job sites, using company vehicles.
- Train and mentor team members on proper techniques, safety practices, and quality standards related to stamped concrete, sealing, and colouring.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, including materials used, work hours, and any issues or challenges encountered.
- Communicate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to address any concerns, resolve issues, and maintain positive working relationships.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in concrete construction, with a focus on stamped concrete, sealing, and colouring.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, overseeing a team of concrete workers.
- Thorough knowledge of stamped concrete techniques, including formwork setup, concrete pouring, stamping tools, and finishing processes.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record to oversee transportation logistics and operate company vehicles.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and design specifications.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle challenges and ensure successful project completion.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices and the ability to enforce safety protocols.
- Time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.
