**SOMMAIRE**:
Le titulaire du poste met à la disposition des utilisateurs SAP, les informations de gestion, les procédures d'utilisation et les outils qui leur sont nécessaires. Il s'assure de l'utilisation optimale des systèmes existants.

**RESPONSABILITÉS SPÉCIFIQUES**:

- Reçoit les appels de service des utilisateurs, initie et documente les incidents et valide auprès des utilisateurs les corrections apportées par le service des systèmes d'information.
- Pose un diagnostic fonctionnel, identifie les opportunités d'optimisation des processus d'affaires actuels, analyse les impacts organisationnels et recommande des pistes d'amélioration efficaces.
- Conseille les utilisateurs et élabore des méthodes et procédures pour une utilisation optimale de SAP.
- S’assure que les guides d’utilisation des systèmes existants sont à jour.
- Participe à la détermination des besoins des utilisateurs en matière d'information de gestion.
- Accompagne les utilisateurs dans la résolution des problèmes rencontrés.
- Assure le partage de l’expertise entre les différentes divisions.
- Agit à titre d'analyste d'affaires lors de l'implantation de nouvelles fonctionnalités ou nouveaux systèmes afin d'aider à solutionner les problèmes opérationnels rencontrés.
- À l'occasion, dispense de la formation jugée pertinente et voit à ce que l'utilisateur possède les connaissances et les habiletés nécessaires pour opérer de façon optimale le système.

**CRITÈRES D'ADMISSIBILITÉ**:

- BAC en administration et/ou en informatique

ou un DEC avec une connaissance approfondie de l’organisation
- Combinaison d'expérience et de formation sera considérée
- 2 ans d'expérience dans le support et/ou la formation technique, un atout
- Connaissance approfondie d’au moins un module de SAP
- Capacité d’animer des interventions d’équipe
- Capacité à interagir auprès des utilisateurs
- Bilinguisme fonctionnel (oral et écrit)
