Job Responsibilities:

- Maintains organization’s effectiveness and efficiency by defining and delivering strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
- Manages relationships with external vendors
- Serves as the primary point of contact and escalation conduit for all IT-related matters, ensuring prompt resolution and mínimal disruption to business systems.
- Responsible for quarterly meetings with executive leadership to provide updates across existing and new business projects, activities, and timelines.
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Facilitates project execution by harmonizing resource allocation and scheduling parameters in collaboration with respective employee departments.
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Manage all remote software tools, monitoring agents and inventory management of all Diversco related technology assets.
- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing IT systems and infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and security systems.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage relationships with external vendors effectively.
- Able to manage diverse relationships - internally and externally with strong vendor management skills
- Managing ERP and CRM projects, and managing Ecommerce platforms such as Amazon would be an asset
- Strong understanding of Microsoft365 and its administration tools such as exchange online, SharePoint online, team’s admin, security & compliance admins
- Strong knowledge and management of Cisco Meraki Infrastructure equipment across 5 offices in North America.
- Ticketing system experience with ConnectWise is an asset.
- Disaster Recovery & Cybersecurity knowledge is an asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $66,166.40-$115,479.43 per year
