The Head of Creative Development & Representation plays a crucial role as the ambassador for the company's brand and its director roster.

You would be responsible for fostering relationships with ad agencies and clients to facilitate the company's growth. Some key responsibilities include brand management, keeping abreast of “must-know” industry work, client engagement, director recruitment, overseeing the social media manager, and promoting diversity and inclusion in upcoming productions.
