Field & Forge Brewing Co. in Innisfail, AB has an exciting opportunity for a Dishwasher/Kitchen
Helper to be part of an enthusiastic team. Under the guidance of the Head Chef, the
Dishwasher will play a very important role in the success of the restaurant by focusing on guest satisfaction and maintaining excellence in operations execution.

**Criteria**:

- Ability to follow safe working practises and a working knowledge of AHS Principles
- Ability to work in a team
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to work calmly & efficiently under pressure
- Be respectful towards & supportive of colleagues
- Have a strong sense of team spirit & understanding of great customer service
- Partake in discussions & work with the crew to create a conducive working environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow instructions given daily by Head Chef & Sous Chef
- Collaborate with front of house & back of house in keeping our working environment clean
- Table busing to be completed in a timely manner
- Maintain the cleanliness of the dishwasher & surrounding area
- Ensure all items are cleaned & stored correctly
- Maintain the waste management program during every shift
- Ensure all pre-shift and post shift duties are completed efficiently

**Qualifications**:

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- A strong appreciation of working in a team spirit driven environment
- Experience in a commercial kitchen with high volume is beneficial
- Ability to stand for long hours, with some lifting
- Be able to follow instructions, & deliver consistent quality work
- Good time management skills

**Hours of Work**:
The hours of work for this position will vary depending on organizational requirements, but will include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
