Membership Sales & Marketing Coordinator

Edmonton Petroleum Golf and Country Club is a member owned club, founded in 1993 and located 30 minutes from downtown Edmonton. The Edmonton Petroleum Golf and Country Club maintains a thriving membership and strong community culture, with an 18-hole course that offers variety, challenges, and unbeatable tee access. Our premium practice facility includes a driving range, short game area with bunkers, two putting greens and a 3-hole Meadows course, extending ample opportunity for members to fine tune their games.

**Responsibilities and Tasks include but not limited to**:

- Promote the Edmonton Petroleum Golf and Country Club course culture, services, and benefits of private club membership to all prospective and current members.
- Responsible for the promotional packages for the sale of shares/memberships along with the administrative duties involved such as collection of appropriate fees, transfer of shares and working directly with legal counsel.
- Network with the business community acting as an Ambassador for the Club to generate interest and develop potential leads.
- Provide an exceptional on-boarding program for all new Shareholders and any spouses or dependents that show interest in joining.
- Implement and provide input into marketing/advertising and any related materials that showcase the Club and promote the value of being a private club member.
- Maintain accurate information to ensure correct billing and communication to members.
- Assist in the preparation of all Board Meeting documentation, AGM, and special meetings.

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Diploma or degree in relevant field.
- Minimum three years general administration experience.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience with Canva or similar.
- Experience with Jonas software would be considered an asset.
- Private Club experience would be considered an asset.
- Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $60,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
