If you are seeking a job where you have important responsibilities, this one is for you We are looking for a **Part-Time **Security Guard to work at one of our Commercial sites in **Winnipeg, MB. **As a security guard for Commercial Building, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there

- Shifts: Tuesday (2000-0400), Saturday (2200-0600)

**What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do ?**:

- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Access control of entry ways and exit points using equipment at your disposal.
- Use G-track devise to conduct scheduled patrols per shift.
- Performing External Patrol at the Premises regularly to maintain order and establish presence.
- Perform environmental checks - water leaks, excessive air flow, unusual noises etc.
- Contact maintenance for any lighting, heating and other problems.
- Conduct interior patrol of the building according to the schedule.
- Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence.
- Hourly tower tours.
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
- Laws on the client's site.
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Complete Daily reports and Incident Reports.
- Provide Excellent customer service

**Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg**:

- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Must be good with Technology
- Previous experience in the security industry (asset)
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
- Customer service oriented
- Must be able to Night shifts
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment
