- Time **Security Guard to work at one of our Commercial setting in **Winnipeg, MB. **As a security guard in the Commercial setting, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety of workers for some of the biggest brands out there

**What does a Security Guard in Winnipeg do?**:

- Maintain a safe and Secure environment
- Enforce Property regulations and city Bi
- Laws on the client's site.
- Protect the client's assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues.
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fires, medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Deter criminal activity. Guards may be expected to engage in visible deterrence through their presence and by adhering to security procedures. security presence
- Helps deal with issues
- Safe Walks at the Premises
- Observe all the territory and check is the site completely secured
- Respond to various emergencies, such as fire alarms (the main at the building), medical incidents, or security breaches.
- Must be able to work days
- Ability to de escalate issues by detecting vagrants with Mental Illness or drug use.
- Escalates issues to the correct people.

**Qualifications to become a Security Guard in Winnipeg ?**:

- Previous experience as Tactical Security Guard (asset)
- Good with Technology
- Valid Manitoba Security Guard license
- Must be able to Night Shifts
- Leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to de escalate issues related to Vagrants with Mental illness and Drug use
