We are looking for a **Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Analyst **to work with one of our clients, an international investment bank based in **Montreal**.

**MISSION AND OBJECTIVES**:
The role of the **Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Analyst** encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including conducting **opportunity analysis**, **designing solutions,** **developing, implementing and validating them**. Operating within an agile team, the Analyst provides valuable analytical insights and collaborates closely with other team members to achieve shared objectives. Additionally, the Analyst liaises with business stakeholders and other specialists to enhance their understanding of system needs and the existing state of the systems.

**DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSABILITIES**:

- **Supervising the translation of complex business requirements** into functional specifications, while also ensuring effective communication with end-users.
- **Comprehending short-term and long-term business needs** to develop an overarching understanding of the system and its development requirements. The Analyst also provides guidance to end-users by proposing alternatives and outlining the limitations associated with the system's philosophy.
- **Creating plans and detailed specifications** that accurately reflect users' needs and meet established criteria, while managing personal activities to execute these plans effectively.
- **Designing and testing specific solutions**, that meet functional and technical standards.
- Providing support to the business in the development of their business case.
- The commitment of the Analyst includes adhering to the team's established ways of working and actively seeking opportunities to enhance team performance.
- Actively collaborating in team’s meetings, activities and deliverables with the courage to address difficult matters that would benefit the team
- Committing to coach others in their skills and expertise and broaden their own knowledge and skills beyond their area of expertise, all for the benefit of the team.
- Respecting team commitments, delivering quality work upon agreed standards at a suitable pace
- Supplying second level technical support in order to solve production problems and provide support according to established service levels.

**PROFILE**:

- **At least 10 years of experience **in Information Technology, with a specific focus on CRM, and 5 years of experience as a functional analyst in CRM.
- Excellent working knowledge of **Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 software and Microsoft Office tool suite**:

- Hands-on experience in agile software development methodologies such as **Scrum and Kanban.**:

- Solid experience in the **implementation and evolution of in-house developed systems**:

- Knowledge of the financial sector is an asset.
- Project Management experience is an asset.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, administration, commerce or equivalent

Personal attributes:

- **Bilingualism **and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership, significant autonomy, sense of initiative and organization.
- Excellent analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills. Ability to generate a clear synthetic vision of a complex situation.
- Practical experience in task estimation.
- Ability to maintain a relationship of trust with business partners.
