This role is best filled by someone who is a self-starter with technical acumen and strong leadership and communication skills. You will work in an agile fashion with business analysts, architects, business partners and developers to deliver client projects.

**Responsibilities**
- Breakdown complex problems, research, recommend and develop new solutions
- Schedule and manage Developer resources in support of multiple projects and oversee their work.
- Find efficiencies in existing processes and build reusable components to decrease future development efforts.
- Hire, onboard, train and mentor our team of Developers to enhance our internal technical knowledge and expertise.
- Effectively communicate with project team members and other key stakeholders

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years’ experience with Salesforce configuration and development
- Experience with leading technical development teams
- Good understanding of microservices architecture, CI/CD and API (Restful and SOAP-based services).
- Experience in establishing IT standards based on industry best practices and implementing them across the enterprise
- History of balancing multiple priorities simultaneously with the ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business while meeting deadlines.

- Experience with Java, Spring boot, Linux/UNIX, SQL, etc. is an asset
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Excellent business and technical acumen
- Ability to frame technology issues in business terms
