**What You Will Do With Us**
**The Inside Sale Representative - Kamloops** (ISR), is responsible for promoting products and services to customers, responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner, making outbound calls to potential customers, and preparing customer quotes. Additionally, the ISR verifies stock availability, offers product knowledge to customers, expedites orders, and ensures customer satisfaction through post-order support. The role also involves utilizing Rexel CRM tools to track opportunities and customer interactions and maintaining product knowledge with digital tools and websites. The ISR is expected to stay informed about competing products/services, maintain excellent customer relationships, and utilize available training resources for professional growth. The ISR will also assist in the warehouse, counter area, and company events as needed. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will support the field sales and project management teams. The job does not involve supervisory responsibilities.

**Who Are You**
- 1-2 years inside sales experience.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office products
- You have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships
- You have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a good attitude
- You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent organizational skills
- You have prior quotations experience in a similar industry
